Not only will we transform your property, but will also make sure it stands the test of time, hence why we offer a 10-year guarantee to give you that piece of mind.
We have over 15 years of experience in roofline replacement, and all our installers are qualified joiners and CSCS card holders.
WHY ARE SO MANY PEOPLE TURNING TO UPVC
Most properties' exteriors are predominantly made up of wood, which over time is likely to need regular maintenance in the form of painting or replacement due to rot.
That is why here at Magenta we use a range of long-lasting, low-maintenance UPVC products that all have a 10-year guarantee.
We are renowned for our quality work, unlike many companies that just cover over the original fascia. We remove all the old materials strip them back to the bare rafters and make good, which eliminates the chance of future rot and also adds value to your property.
With the range of colour options and finishes available, your property can still have that character feel, through Fascia boards, Tudor spars and Cladding.
Help Magenta transform your home with our high-quality products that will last for years to come, all with minimal maintenance.
Commercial work
We also offer our services to the commercial sector, we are an accredited member of CHAS, and have installed our products on numerous projects ranging from new builds, blocks of flats and nursing homes.
The Magenta Family
We are a group of experienced and fully trained individuals, who all have NVQ qualifications in Fascia insulation as well as skilled tradesman CSCS cards. They will work around your property quickly and efficiently with minimum fuss, whilst maintaining high standards of work and health and safety.
Buyers Guide
When planning a major refurbishment of your home, it is standard practice to get more than one quote, but please be aware that the cheapest is not always necessarily the best, and there are companies that wil not deliver the same high standards as Magenta. We replace everything and nothing is hidden, where it can not breathe. Covering over old timbers with plastic causes moisture to get trapped inside causing the timbers to sweat and rot, which can result in causing the internal timbers of your house to rot as well.
We manage the whole process from start to finish and do not use sub-contractors, we help you choose the right materials for the job, taking all the stress away.
